Gok Wan: let’s hear it for the guys!

I received an e-mail recently from a male Gok Wan fan who wondered whether there was anyone out there who could give guys the Gok treatment. Gok Wan had previously only ever worked with women on his shows.

Well, now it seems that the Fairy Gok mother has changed his tune and is going to come to the rescue of dudes in distress, in his new series of How to Look Good Naked, out next year.

Gok Wan said:

“I used to be a male stylist and I used to do lot of work with guys and next year on How To Look Good Naked we’re putting guys into the show”

And what man would Gok makeover given the chance?

Some ugly duckling to transform into a swan with a little style SOS?

Nope. James Bond actor Daniel Craig - “because he’s fit!”

Well Gok, can’t say I blame you there!

    As a stylist for both men and women, I know that men are much less likely to feel comfortable using this kind of service. It is beneficial in so many ways, including time saving, end up with a fashionable/ stylish wardrobe and complete the task in one shopping trip.
