I'm watching your program 'How it look good Naked'. I am impressed how quickly and well you are able to change grey mice into beautiful and self-confident women. I am thinking how you are doing it. I thought that he was with me badly, but when I watched you program about how you fought overweight and you hid yourself behind various roles in the drama school feels that I am a bit similar to you. I am an outsider.. I am hiding myself behind soils which I am playing in the cabaret. I don't often know what I am supposed to do. I know, that it of fast beside the point, but I wanted only to ask for advice. How am I supposed to become more self-confident? I took delivery of a body shaper in Serene and what a change! I can now wear clothes that I thought I would never wear again being over 50 there are some things that women of a certain age should not wear. One of my best friends has been in hospital for two nearly three years because of anorexia. It has effected me alot and I do worry about her but if we had body confidance lessons in school they could tell you want is normal for growing teens and wat isnt this would prevent anorexia and not feeling confident. One thing that makes me feel less confidant is that i have really sensitive skin so i get little rashes from washing powder no matter what type it is but even just watching your show makes me want to wear a bikini when i go swimming and lovely dresses!
