Whilst at the gym on Sunday I caught a bit of the X Factor repeat (anything to distract myself!). Normally I stop watching X Factor once the hugely entertaining/ hand-chewingly cringe-worthy auditions are over but one glimpse of Ruth Lorenzo giving it her all in a stunning Grecian goddess-type dress nearly knocked me off my treadmill!
